Our latest adventure took us to the Score Tecate Baja 1000 off road race, the longest single stage off road race in the world. We rounded up some of the Nitro Circus crew and fielded both a dirt bike and pro truck team. Our dirt bike team consisted of Travis Pastrana, Rick Johnson, Andy Grider, and our own Gregg Godfrey. The team ran strong finishing 3rd in class. However, they were disqualified because somebody forgot to install the tracking device. The Pro Truck team consisted of Travis Pastrana, Gregg Godfrey, Wade Kelson, and Gabriele Mazzarolo (head chief of Alpinestars). The team was running strong until Gabriele ran into some misfortune and rolled the truck several times. We’re all very glad he and his co-driver are ok. We would like to thank Wade Kelson and all the guys at Kelson Motorsports for taking charge of the truck team.
